A Little About Us

Loving People Enough is something that we say often and believe with all our hearts. We want to be vessels for God to work through and help others with their life circumstances and struggles. LPE Ministries will be geared toward but not limited to disaster relief and assisting others during periods of crisis here and on the mission field around the world. Also to spread the Gospel through teaching, preaching, counseling and meeting basic human needs when and where possible.

Dudley Barber II

After retiring from the US Military and returning home, Doug and Lisa together have founded Loving People Enough Ministires to minister to those who are in need worldwide by providing counseling and loving them enough to love them through their issues, both at home and abroad. Doug and Lisa both have a passion for missions and continue to seek God's destiny to teach others how to experience God's Kingdom in a greater and deeper way.

Dr. Lisa Barber

Dr. Lisa Barber was born and raised in Lubbock, TX. She and Doug have been married for 37 years and have one daughter, Aaron, who is now with our Father in Heaven. Lisa finished her education from Central Christian University and is now a licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor. She has been a member of Church on the Rock for over 20 years. Upon her husband's retirement from the military, both Lisa and Doug have become Elders in their church and have established Loving People Enough ministries.
